Welcome to KaFra Shoppers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using KaFra Shoppers, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
KaFra Shoppers is operated by KaFrashoppers, a company registered in Uganda with registration number [Your Registration Number] and registered address at UGANDA. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to KaFra Shoppers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using KaFra Shoppers, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
To access KaFrashoppers, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund as per our Return Policy.
All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Product availability is subject to change. We may limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud). Once your order is accepted, we will send a confirmation email. A contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation.
We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that method. Payment is processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment details.
We aim to process and ship orders within 4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except where we are at fault.
Our return policy allows returns within 2 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaFra Shoppers, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KaFra Shoppers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kampala, Uganda. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
