How to Place an Order

    Browse products Go to All Products or search for what you need. Filter by category, price, or sort by newest.

    Add items to your cart Click "Add to Cart" on any product. You can add multiple items and adjust quantities in the cart.

    Sign in or create an account You need an account to place an order. Sign up — it takes less than a minute.
  4. 4
    Enter your delivery details Select your region, district, and town. Enter your street address and a landmark to help the rider find you.
  5. 5
    Pay with mobile money Choose MTN or Airtel, enter your mobile number, and approve the payment prompt on your phone.
  6. 6
    Receive confirmation You'll get an order confirmation with your order number. Save it to track your delivery.

Payment

    We accept Mobile Money only Currently we support MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. More methods are coming soon.

    How the payment prompt works After you confirm your order, a payment request is sent to your phone. Open the prompt, enter your mobile money PIN, and approve.

    Payment didn't go through? Don't place a new order. Your original order is saved — return to checkout and try paying again. Contact us if the issue persists.
  4. 4
    Mobile money fee A small mobile money processing fee (about 4%) is added at checkout. This is charged by the mobile money provider, not KaFra Shoppers.
Tip: Make sure your mobile money account has sufficient balance before confirming your order to avoid the prompt expiring.

Delivery

    Where we deliver We deliver to all four regions of Uganda — Central, Eastern, Western, and Northern — covering over 44 districts and 400+ towns.

    Delivery fee The fee depends on your location and the size of your order. You'll see the exact fee calculated before you pay — no surprises at the door.
  3. 3
    Delivery time Kampala and Wakiso: 1–2 business days. Other Central districts: 2–3 days. Eastern, Western, Northern: 3–5 business days.
  4. 4
    Delivery instructions Add a landmark (school, church, junction) when filling in your address. This helps our riders reach you faster.

Track Your Order

    Use your order number You received an order number in your confirmation. Go to the Track Order page and enter it.
  2. 2
    Check via your profile If you're logged in, go to My Orders to see the status of all your orders in one place.
  3. 3
    Order statuses explained Pending — order confirmed, awaiting dispatch. Processing — being packed. Shipped — on the way. Delivered — received.

My Account

    Create an account Go to Login / Sign Up. You only need an email and password. Verification email will be sent.
  2. 2
    Forgot your password? On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and we'll send a reset link to your email.
  3. 3
    Save delivery addresses In My Addresses, save multiple delivery locations. At checkout you can pick from your saved addresses — no re-typing.
