How the payment prompt works
After you confirm your order, a payment request is sent to your phone. Open the prompt, enter your mobile money PIN, and approve.

Payment didn't go through?
Don't place a new order. Your original order is saved — return to checkout and try paying again. Contact us if the issue persists.

Mobile money fee
A small mobile money processing fee (about 4%) is added at checkout. This is charged by the mobile money provider, not KaFra Shoppers.
Tip: Make sure your mobile money account has sufficient balance before confirming your order to avoid the prompt expiring.
